BOARDS
We manufacture specialty boards with unique and custom requirements, including long-format PCBs up to 120” in length, custom-size PCBs, RF/Microwave designs, special antenna boards, and advanced thermal-management builds with heavy-copper or metal-back constructions. We support differential copper plating up to 8 oz in the holes and up to 11 oz on the surface, back-drilled vias with tight X, Y, and Z tolerances, hybrid and mixed-dielectric multilayers (3 to 22 layers), low-loss materials, and many additional complex configurations.
We also maintain one of the largest inventories of RF materials in North America, sourced from both domestic and international suppliers, ensuring no delays in material procurement and enabling faster production and quick delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our team has supported thousands of PCB builds across aerospace, military, medical, industrial, and high-speed digital applications. That hands-on experience allows us to anticipate manufacturability challenges early—whether it involves stack-up design, impedance requirements, material selection, or component layout constraints. By identifying potential issues before production begins, we help engineering teams avoid costly revisions, delays, and reliability problems later in the manufacturing process.
Yes. Our engineering team provides support for Design for Manufacturability (DFM), controlled-impedance routing, layer stack-up planning, and material selection. We review customer design files and provide feedback to ensure the board can be manufactured reliably while maintaining signal integrity and performance requirements. Early engineering collaboration helps streamline production and reduces the risk of costly design revisions.
Our manufacturing and assembly processes follow established IPC standards used throughout the electronics industry. Quality control procedures include automated optical inspection (AOI), X-ray inspection, and functional testing where required. These documented processes ensure consistent quality, traceability, and reliability for demanding applications across aerospace, medical, industrial, and high-performance electronics environments.
Yes. Circuitek performs design, manufacturing, and assembly domestically. Keeping production in the United States allows us to maintain strict quality control, protect intellectual property, and provide predictable turnaround times. This approach is especially important for industries where reliability, documentation, and supply chain transparency are critical.
