CircuiTek Solutions Terms & Conditions

Shipping

We make every effort to ship all products on time and in accordance with customer instructions. Shipping methods will be selected as specified by the customer, with charges billed to the customer’s account. The default shipping method will be ground service unless otherwise requested.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, and natural or man-made events. Risk of loss transfers to the Client upon shipment. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any shipping-related issues.

Quality and Warranty

We adhere to strict quality standards in accordance with IPC norms and perform quality control checks, including electrical testing where applicable. As part of best practices, we strongly recommend that customers conduct electrical testing on all PCBs, regardless of design complexity.

We warrant for a period of six (6) months from the shipment date that the products:

  • Conform to the kind and quantity ordered
  • Meet the specifications provided by the customer
  • Are free from defects in materials and workmanship

This limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by use with products not supplied by us
  • Products or components modified beyond intended use or specifications
  • Unauthorized modifications, upgrades, or expansions
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes beyond our control
  • Cosmetic damage (such as scratches or dents) that does not affect functionality

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or confidential information and not disclose such information without prior written consent.

Clients retain full ownership of their designs. We will use all provided design data solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Final production files (including Gerber data) may be securely stored in our database for record-keeping and repeat manufacturing purposes.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, specifically Cook County.

In the event of a dispute between the Client and Circuitek Solutions Inc.:

  1. The parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
  2. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures.
  3. If mediation is unsuccessful, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, USA.

Both parties irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

The provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the United Nations Convention on the Limitation Period in the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement (void of purchase order/s) under specific unresolved conditions. Upon termination, all outstanding payments shall become immediately due and payable.

Disclaimer

Circuitek Solutions Inc. operates as a service provider in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry, with over 15 years of experience. We facilitate the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of PCBs between clients and suppliers.

We do not manufacture Printed Circuit Boards directly. Instead, we act as an intermediary, leveraging our engineering expertise and supplier network to deliver quality solutions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendments must be made in writing and communicated accordingly. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver of that provision.

Circuitek Solutions Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
