Welcome to Circuitek Solutions inc. (hereinafter refer to "we," "us," "our"). By using our website, services and submitting a purchase order, you ("Client, Customer or Buyer” - The individual or entity purchasing is referred in this agreement as the direct customer providing purchase order / sale and is all encompassing of the product, sale and transactions.) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions supersede all other Terms and Conditions suggesting additional or different terms. Buyer’s acceptance is limited to the exact terms and conditions set forth herein, and any additional or different terms or conditions proposed by Buyer are hereby expressly rejected.
At the time of quote, Buyers must provide Gerber files with detailed Specifications for their PCB
manufacturing. All the quote prices are valid for 90 days.
Purchase orders with proper or updated Gerber files required while placing order and are subject to confirmation. Day 1(lead time) starts once the Gerber file is approved with array it may have and a contract review with any EQs solved by customer, Delivery for 24 hour turn time will require Gerber files and purchase order before 9:00am. Prices are based on the Specifications provided at the time of quote. Any changes on or after the release of the purchase order may affect the price. Buyers agree to all quotations and invoice terms and conditions while releasing the purchase order.
We respect to have all the payments with Net 30 days terms.
Circuitek Solutions Inc. reserves all the right at any time to require full or partial payments in advance or to revoke any credit previously approved. if, in our judgment, the Customer's financial condition does not warrant proceeding on the terms specified. Overdue payments shall be subject to finance charges computed at a periodic rate of 1.5 % per month (18% per year), Failure to keep your (buyer) account current at our option may result in automatic C.O.D. status.
Changes and cancellations of existing jobs may incur additional charges.
Clients are responsible for the shipping charges and all taxes and duties.

We make the highest of our efforts to ship every product on time and per customer instructions. The
shipping method will be used per suggested by customer with charges on their account. The default
will be the ground shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary upon uncontrolled situations
like weather, carrier problems, natural or manmade calamities. Risk of loss may pass to the Client
upon shipment, we will do the highest what we can offer in this case.
We adhere to strict quality standards per IPC norms and QC check with electrical testing. Being a
crucial part of the quality process, we strongly recommend our customers to have electrical testing
on all the PCBs regardless of the design.
The warranty of our products are good for a period of twelve (12) months from the ship date that the goods shall be of the kind and quantity ordered, shall conform to the specifications provided by customer, and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.
We are providing the limited warranty that does not apply; to damage caused by use with other products not supplied by us and to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability outside the permitted or intended uses described in the order specifications and an unauthorized usage including upgrades and expansions performed by unqualified person; to damage caused by any accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes that are beyond our control; to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches or dents beyond our control, that does not otherwise affect the product's functionality or materially impair it's use.

Both parties agree to keep all the confidential information confidential and not to disclose it
without written permission. Clients retain ownership of their designs. We will use these designs
solely for the purpose of fulfilling Orders. Original design with the final working Gerber copy will
be saved in our database on a permanent basis.
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of [COOK County, State of Illinois]. Disputes will be resolved
through [Arbitration/Mediation].
As our customer, if there is any dispute arises with Circuitek Solutions Inc. with regards to an order, if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, any such dispute must first be submitted to mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to litigation. If any such mediation is unsuccessful, any litigation, proceeding or other legal action with respect to such dispute shall be brought exclusively in the district Court of Cook County, Illinois. USA. The Buyer and Seller hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. NEITHER THE PROVISIONS OF THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS NOR THE PROVISIONS OF THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON THE LIMITATION PERIOD IN THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS SHALL APPLY TO THIS CONTRACT

Either party may terminate the agreement ( void of purchase order/s ) under unresolved specific
conditions. Upon termination, outstanding payments must be settled.
We “Circuitek Solutions Inc.” are in the service business of Printed Circuit Boards following all
the manufacturing norms and been working in the industry from last 15 years and using our expertise
engineering skills, carries orders between Clients and Suppliers. We provide brokerage services to
facilitate the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of Printed Circuit Boards from Suppliers. We
do not manufacture Printed Circuit Boards ourselves.
These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Amendments will be processed through communication. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Circuitek Solutions Inc. reserves all the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and the updated terms and conditions will be published on our website.
